Tickets are valid only on the dates indicated on the front. Tickets are valid only at Statesville Haunted Prison^® on the Siegel Cottonwood Farm. No refunds on unused tickets, rainchecks, or replacements. Tickets may only be used during normal operating hours.

The ticket is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. Violation of house rules will result in expulsion without refund. Clothing must be worn at all times. Smoking is not allowed while in line. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. Scared, Inc. may refuse your admission if we see conduct that may lead to possible danger or injury to yourself or other guests.

Only tickets obtained from Statesville Haunted Prison^®/Cottonwood Farms box office and ones purchased online from www.Statesville.org, will be honored. Tickets are not valid if reproduced in any manner. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Due to maintenance and other unseen circumstances, attractions may not be open to the public. While parking is at no cost, food, merchandise, games, and reentry require additional charge.
